Many roofing companies pay a flat hourly rate to their employees or contractors. At L.H. Krueger, we find this model limiting, since it provides no incentive for those who work harder to make more. Instead, L.H. Krueger pays piece wages to our teams. That means our employees are paid per project, with modifiers for their experience level and the complexity of the work. Faster, better work means bigger paychecks, putting each team member in control of their earning potential.
Beyond wages, we offer employees plenty of opportunities to earn bonus pay. That includes our annual bonus for everyone on the team, as well as a sign-on bonus for new employees and rewards for passing surprise safety inspections, referring great new team members, training others, and more.
