About L.H. Krueger
Commitment to hard work and providing reliable, high-quality residential exterior services are the foundation on which L.H. Krueger was built. Started in 1981 by Lyle Krueger, L.H. Krueger began as a two-person operation and has grown to a team of more than 40 employees. The company is now guided by Lyle’s children, Ryan Krueger and Leah Krueger-Bitar. Both are actively involved in the business and have the industry knowledge to ensure your roof, gutter, siding, or repair project is done right the first time.
Our priority is ensuring that you have a great experience when you work with us, no matter what residential exterior service you choose. After all, you’re entrusting your home to us. That’s a big responsibility, and we take it seriously. You’ll deal directly with our team of hands-on experts, who care for your home like it’s their own. By working with a team of all employees and no subcontractors, you’ll enjoy better quality control, easier scheduling, and a safer, smoother installation. You’ll also find that character and integrity are integral to our business. Detailed homeowner education, fair and transparent pricing, honest advice, quality workmanship, and maintaining a trained and experienced team are part of every project we do here at L.H. Krueger.
The L.H. Krueger Team
Meet the amazing L.H. Krueger team. We are proud to say that every team member, including all of our crews, are our own employees–not subcontractors.

Ryan Krueger
Position: Co-owner, COO
Categories: Leadership
Ryan started at the company from the ground up – literally. His first duties were sweeping the warehouse and washing trucks. He gradually moved on and spent time in each department, learning the trades. In 2014, he purchased the company from his father and company founder, Lyle, and now runs it with his sister Leah. He is always on the lookout for future growth opportunities and maintaining the reputation of the company is very important to him. Ryan actively volunteers at the local builders association and enjoys traveling the country with his wife Jacqui.
Leah Krueger-Bitar
Position: Co-owner, CEO
Categories: Leadership
Leah got her start in the company at a young age, learning to climb on the large stacks of shingles in the warehouse. From there, she moved her way up, learning new skills and taking on more duties in the office. In 2014, she purchased the company from her father and company founder, Lyle. She and her brother Ryan now run the company. The honesty and integrity of the business are very important to her and she is always looking for ways to improve the customer experience. Leah is passionate about spending time with her family and visiting all 50 states.
Mark Palmersheim
Position: Service Manager/Sales
Categories: Project Management, Sales
Mark began his roofing career for L.H. Krueger in 1984. A long-time Waukesha resident, he currently heads the service department as Service Manager. Mark must not only be familiar with the needs of every installer, but every project and customer that we do business with. His excellent people skills and residential building knowledge add to an already positive culture. Mark’s greatest passion is golf, and one may find him on any of the area courses the majority of the year!
Hannah Boliaris
Position: Production Assistant
Categories: Production Support

Jess Tikusis
Position: Sales
Categories: Sales
Jess began his roofing career in 1997 at the age of 18. His parents asked him to tear off their old roof in preparation for the contractor to arrive for application. The contractor was so impressed, he offered him a job! That first roofing job has lead to 20 years of experience installing every type of roofing imaginable. Jess’ passion has always been quality, which he has worked hard to impress upon every company employee since he started in 2001. When not on the roof, he enjoys hunting and fishing. Trolling for Lake Michigan salmon and trout is always near the top of his list of free time activities.
