Our consultations are casual, and conversation will flow easily when you meet with us at your home.
We Work With Your Schedule
We understand that your time is valuable. We will not waste any of it. We will also schedule appointments around your schedule. Just let us know, and we will put it on the calendar for the date and time that works best for you.
A Homeowner is Required at All Appointments
We understand how difficult it can be to get your entire family together at the same time. We know it’s even more challenging to get both homeowners on the same schedule. With that said, we do require at least one homeowner to be present at all appointments. We just need one of you to be present. We can meet with anyone who is an owner of the property, even if the rest of the ownership cannot be in attendance.
We Do Not Use Any Hard Sell Tactics
Our salespeople are here to help you improve your home. They are not looking to force you into a contract you don’t want or services you don’t need. We do not use any hard sell tactics whatsoever. Our sales associates will accept a simple “no thank you” if you believe our company is not a fit for your home improvement project. You won’t have to worry about them leaving your home until you sign a contract.
No Sign Now Pressure or Tactics
Not yet ready to make a decision about your home improvement project? No worries. We do not employ any sign now pressure or tactics when meeting with you about your project. If you have doubts, questions, or are simply meeting with a few other contractors; we will respect what you tell us and wait for your call to schedule another appointment. We will be ready when you are ready.
Pricing Does Not Increase if You Do Not Immediately Sign a Contract
Another item of note is that the price for the project will not immediately increase if you wait to sign a contract beyond the initial meeting at your home. So, if you aren’t ready to sign until one to two weeks later? No problem. The contract terms will remain the same. The price will remain the same. The only thing that will change is the estimated start and completion dates of the project based on when you sign.
You Receive a Written Contract
You will receive a copy of the written contract for your records. It will have clear details that explain all the products that will be used by our technicians for the repairs to your roof, gutters, flashing, siding, or other areas of your home. We will explain all areas of the contract before you sign it so you can ask any and all questions.
Terms and Conditions That Protect Both Parties
We also have terms and conditions that protect both parties. You can read through them prior to signing the contract, and we will explain them in detail so you are comfortable with what we are going to do for your home improvement project.
