Workmanship Warranty Program
Warranty Policy
L.H. Krueger and Son, Inc. warrants that all work performed under the contract will be free from workmanship defects for the period specified in your contract, beginning on the date of substantial completion. This warranty is Owner’s exclusive remedy against L.H. Krueger and Son, Inc. and may be transferred once, upon Owner’s sale or conveyance of project site. This warranty does not cover, and L.H. Krueger and Son, Inc. has no responsibility for, any (a) items covered under manufacturer’s warranties, (b) items not installed by or repaired by L. H. Krueger and Son, Inc., (c) failure by the homeowner to properly maintain the work, (d) damage due to expansion or contraction of natural building materials, and/or (e) incidental or consequential damages of any kind. If it can be demonstrated that a workmanship defect exists, L.H. Krueger and Son, Inc. will repair or replace said defective work at no cost to the Owner.
