Siding Damage
Siding damage can be specific to the type of siding you have on your home. Vinyl siding can melt (watch those grills!), wood siding can rot and while not common, even engineered siding can suffer from manufacturing defects. Siding can become loose due to improper installation or rotted wood behind it. Rotted wood is soft and does not hold nails, so new replacement wood backing will be required to keep any new siding from falling off.
