Bad Roof Decking

Roof leaks, excessive attic moisture, improver ventilation, and poor installation can all cause roof decking to deteriorate. This can present as soft spots or depressions on your roof, or bulges and raised areas that are clearly visible. At other times, the damage cannot be seen until after the shingles are removed. If the issue is limited to a small area, we can replace the decking in just the affected area. If the issue is widespread, we may need to replace the decking on the entire house.
